Capturin' Our Sketch #3 and Using 3 Pattern Papers Challenge

Here's the sketch this week.

Besides using the sketch the twist is to use 3 pattern papers on your card. Here's the card that I came up with...Since Halloween is just around the corner, I thought this would be a good choice!!

Fall Crop in Rothesay, NB. Come join us at Our Lady of Perpertual Help Church on October 1st and 2nd. Friday we will be starting at 4pm and cropping and having fun until midnight!! With lots of snacks and drinks to keep your tummy happy and your mojo flowing! Join us back on Saturday at 8 am for a light breakfast, then off to scrap until we serve lunch around 1pm. Of course we will have lots of snack and drinks in between and there will loads of homemade goodies! We will have goodies and prizes to enjoy!! So dont miss out. Come out and have fun with us!

I'm unfornately not able to attend this one, but I know for a fact that LCOM's crops are the best!! I went to the last one on Mother's Day weekend, we had such a great time...I got to meet new friends, had great food, and also won great prizes!!

Where did the time go!!

He came into this world 5 weeks early...so small...

Now, he's almost 2...wow time sure does go fast!

He's going to be 2yrs old in December, he's growing so fast, my last baby...I wish he would just stay this size forever, and stay my little boy.

Sunday = Lazy Day

Well, I haven't scrapped yet today, but will tonight once everyone is in bed.

Today, was an ok day, we ended up wanting to go apple picking, but decided to wait until next weekend when more apples are ripe. So, today, we drove around, went to the beach, to the local thrift shop, visited family, then finally came home and I made homemade pizza...and it was good!!!

Friends & Family

So last night I was suppose to go to an 80's party...ended up not going! Surprise Surprise! I did want to go but the hubby was out dirt biking all day and then we ended up at a friends house having a bonfire. It was actually a nice night, but would have been much better if I would have had a little notice to get things ready for the little guy...You see men don't realize that you can't just jump in a car with a 21month old and go out!! Hello!!

Anyways, today I just want to scrap...I wonder if the hubby will actually let me do it...can you tell I'm a little upset with him today, he's being such a man!!!  ARRRRGGG! Men can be so self centered!

So I haven't been the best blogger, and as you can tell, I've changed the background...well, it'll change again, I just can't decide on what to do or even how to do it...once I'm totally satisfied with it will stay! I'll update more soon...

So...I have lots of News...

I've been asked to be on a Card Design Team!!!

This is my first DT ever, I have been a guest DT with LCOM during the month of July as well, and that was fun too...but I have never actually been on a DT.  I guess I just didn't think my work would actually compare to some of the others...and Wow these girls blow me away with the creations they come up with.  This is going to such a fun time!!
